1. General These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of Jewelclan. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
2. Products All jewellery sold on Jewelclan is artificial/fashion jewellery. We do not sell gold, silver, or precious gemstone jewellery. Product images are for representation purposes only; slight variations in colour or finish may occur.
3. Pricing & Payments All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. We accept payments via UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, and other available gateways. Prices are subject to change without notice.
4. Orders & Cancellations Orders once placed can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement by contacting us at Admin@jewelclan.com. After 12 hours, cancellations may not be possible if the order has been dispatched.  
5. Shipping We ship across India. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days and delivered within 5–7 business days. Free shipping is available on orders above ₹499. Jewelclan is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen circumstances.
6. Returns & Refunds We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. To initiate a return, contact us at hello@jewelclan.in with your order details and photos of the product. Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
7. Damaged or Wrong Items If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.    
8. Intellectual Property All content on this website — including images, logos, text, and design — is the property of Jewelclan and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability Jewelclan shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
